These terms cover your use of linewirehq.com, the Linewire newsletter and the free Linewire tools, all run by Agentic Desk ("we", "us"). By using them you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Linewire.
Information and entertainment only
Linewire publishes line moves, market prices, calculators and opinions for informational and entertainment purposes only. Nothing on the site or in our emails is betting, financial, investment or legal advice, and nothing is a recommendation to place any wager or trade.
No guarantees
Sports outcomes are uncertain. Picks, lineups, "calls" and estimates can and do lose, and past results (including our public track record) don't guarantee future results. Lines, odds, payouts and market prices change constantly and may be delayed or wrong. Always check the current number with your sportsbook or app before you act. You're solely responsible for your decisions and any money you risk.
21+ and where it's legal
Linewire is only for people 21 and older. Sports betting, daily fantasy / pick'em contests and prediction markets aren't legal or available everywhere. It's your responsibility to know and follow the laws where you are.
Gamble responsibly

Not affiliated
Linewire isn't affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any sportsbook, DFS or pick'em app, prediction market, league or team, including DraftKings, PrizePicks, Polymarket and Kalshi. Their names are used only to describe the public data we show. Linewire doesn't take bets, run contests or offer trading.
Tools provided as-is
Our calculators and data pages are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability. Results depend on the numbers you enter and on simplifying assumptions noted on each tool. Double-check anything that matters.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Agentic Desk and Linewire aren't liable for any losses, including wagering losses or indirect or consequential damages, arising from your use of the site, the newsletter or the tools.
Newsletter, referrals and Pro
The Sunday email is free and you can unsubscribe anytime. Referral rewards are Linewire content or access only, have no cash value, can't be transferred, and we may change or end the program or refuse rewards for abuse (for example self-referrals or fake signups). For any paid plan, the price, trial and renewal terms shown at checkout apply, and payments are processed by Stripe.
Your use of the site
Please don't misuse the site: no scraping that harms its performance, no attempts to break it, and no spam through our forms. You may share links to our pages and tool results. Our content and design belong to Agentic Desk, so please don't republish it wholesale.
Privacy
How we handle your information is covered by our Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the effective date above. Continuing to use Linewire after a change means you accept the updated terms.
